After placing your order, the artist will begin creating your piece. Most artworks are completed within 3–7 business days, and we will confirm by email once finished. Some oil, acrylic, and heavily textured works may require additional natural drying time. Once the artwork leaves the studio, you will receive tracking information. At Aurlona, we create artworks designed to meet your expectations and deliver lasting aesthetic value. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Return conditions: returned artworks must be in original condition—undamaged, unused, odor-free—and in their original packaging. Refunds are processed after inspection. For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping and any applicable customs or re-import duties. Custom and commissioned artworks are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or significantly different from the agreed specifications.
